# Player Shops

Player Shops allow you to create your own store anywhere in the world and safely trade items with other players.

## 🪧 Sign Format

The image below shows the correct layout for a shop sign.

Each line controls a different part of the shop:

**Line 1 — Shop Type**

* 🟢 `buy` → You buy items from players
* 🔵 `sell` → You sell items to players

**Line 2 — Price 💰**

* The cost per item
* `Left side of : is for Buy`
* `Right side of : is for Sell`

**Line 3 — Amount 📦**

* How many items are traded each purchase

* Right click the sign with the item of choice

## 🛠️ Creating a Shop

1. Place a supported container
2. Attach a sign to the container
3. Fill out the sign using the format above
4. Right click the sign with item of choice and stock up!

After placing the sign and right clicking the sign with the item of choice, it will automatically convert into a working shop.

## 📦 Supported Containers

You can attach shop signs to:

* Chest
* Barrel
* Gilded Chest
* Shulkers

All containers function the same, use whichever fits your build!

## 🧾 Formatting Tips

* Prices must be **numbers only** (no currency symbols) 🔢
* The container must not be empty when creating the shop 📥
* Breaking the sign disables the shop ❌
* Breaking the container deletes the shop 💥

## 🔄 Chest Orientation Examples

To change orientations, `Crouch + Right-click` the shop sign. Below are valid placement orientations:
